We have only had two standard rate rises over the last 10 years at Netconn, but as most businesses understand, costs have been driven up dramatically in recent times.
This increase will see most ad-hoc hours rise by $10 per hour, excluding GST. Our standard rate per hour will be $160 per hour, ex GST billed in 30-minute increments with a one-hour minimum for onsite work. Work that is not onsite or remotely done (e.g. Cloud based work) will be billed in 15-minute increments to reduce the cost for small tasks.
If you have a discounted rate, it will rise by at least $10 per hour, but will be less than our standard hourly rate listed above.
Microsoft have also increased the cost of their 365 products by up to 25% which is their first price increase in many years. The new prices, depending on the product, will be shown on your invoices over the next few months as Microsoft increases the prices to us.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this further, please email accounts@netconn.com.au or call 1300 638 266 and speak to Loren about this.

We have helped coordinate all technology from laptops, Point of Sale, Wireless, Internet, and cabling among other things.
This comes after such a tough year for so many people and businesses.
During this time, we have been able to help clients transform into being more agile, mobile and flexible utilising their IT systems.
We have hired more staff and implemented new business systems to help clients through this difficult year.
We were able to achieve being one of the fastest growing IT companies even by reducing rates to clients affected by the pandemic and allowing contracts to be more flexible to help clients in need.
How we did it
We were one of the few, small Managed Services Providers to win in 2020.
2020 was another year where we were able to grow by at least 50% on the year before, despite COVID19 and the economic impact this had on many industries.
With many clients having to close in the Events Industry space, and our largest clients having to close as well, we were able to pivot and help other businesses move their workforce to their homes or other environments.
We also spent time with businesses that had to close, and help put in new systems during the down time, and offer financial support and help to some clients. This has helped solidify our long term relationships with our clients, and made sure they understand that we genuinely have their best interests at heart, and that helps both them and our business.
Internally, letting out staff know that we were there for them, giving them time off as required and making sure they knew how important they were to the business. This gave them confidence their jobs were secure and valued, and that we were there for them as needed.
What is the CRN Fast50?
Established in 1998, CRN is a central source of news and business insight for IT resellers, systems integrators, managed service providers, IT solutions companies, distributors and vendors.
The CRN Fast50, now in its 12th year, recognises the fastest-growing companies in Australian IT based on year-on-year revenue growth. According to CRN, the Fast50 is the only awards program in the Australian technology industry that recognises the best businesses based on hard numbers, with judges adhering to a strictly numbers-based formula.
In its announcement of the award winners, CRN noted that “2020 has been a tumultuous year for Australian IT providers but we have seen their resilience and ingenuity bring them through a tough year. These companies [have helped boost] Australia’s economic recovery by bringing solutions which drive down cost and complexity.”
