On Demand support is perfect for clients who only need support at various, odd times – on demand.

As well as Managed Support, we can look after your business on an hourly basis. This may work well for you, but the downsides are costs for each job, Remote Support or Onsite Support.

Larger discounts for hardware purchases are also missed by not having a Managed Support contract in place.

The pricing below is for standard services for desktops, laptops and external hard drives. For pricing for multi-drive systems, RAID-configured systems, NAS, mobile devices, tablets, phones, tape and flash/SSD media, contact us on 1300 638 266.

With all recoveries, we will supply a guaranteed file list:
  • Guarantee that specific files will be recovered completely and without corruption
  • Useful when the recovery is expected to be difficult or incomplete
  • Provides complete peace of mind before commitment

 

Software

Software related faults where the data cannot be accessed. The fault is not caused by a physical hardware failure.

Typical data loss causes are:

  • The computer will not start up – configuration
  • Deleted files – Basic
  • Low level logical damage

Hardware

Hardware faults that do not require the HDD to be opened. Typical data loss causes are:
  • Low number of read errors or simple media corruption
  • Single discrete electronic component failure
  • Minor hardware faults

From $990 + GST

 

Software +

Complex software related faults. The fault is not caused by a physical hardware failure.

Typical data loss causes are:
  • Operating system reinstall/reformat requiring manual rebuild
  • Complex directory tree damage
  • Encryption related errors
  • Complex deleted data (PST’s, databases etc.)

Hardware +

Internal faults that need to be fixed in a clean room by a specialist Data Recovery Engineer and require replacement parts.

Typical data loss causes are:
  • Major or multiple electronics component failure
  • Internal mechanical failure or complex media corruption
  • Physical media damage (head crash, fire, water damage) and previously opened drives

Level 27 Chambers

Level 27 Chambers is the largest barristers chambers in Brisbane with over 40 barristers in chambers. The Netconn Group helped chambers expand from one floor to add a second floor. This involved cabling, new servers for the expanded chambers size, new network infrastructure, help with their new VoIP phone system, new 1Gb fiber internet and new desktops for support staff. After three years, we have now just replaced servers and support staff computers while continuing day-to-day support for all staff and barristers.
